51黑料-based real estate development firm CRG has expanded its footprint nationally with two new offices.
The company, led by CEO Bob Clark, announced new offices in Newport Beach, Calif., and Conshohoken, Pa., a suburb of Philadelphia. The new outposts add to CRG鈥檚 roster of office locations in Chicago, Atlanta, Summit, N.J., and Pittsburgh, to go along with its Overland headquarters.
CRG is the development arm of design firm Clayco, which Clark also leads and owns. Clark鈥檚 son, Shawn Clark, serves as president.
CRG specializes in industrial warehouse development, though it also has completed projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors. In all, it has developed more than $9 billion worth of projects, including the $770 million Centene campus expansion in Clayton locally.
Frank Petkunas and Fred Ferraro will lead the Philadelphia-area office. Bud Pharris and Joe Williams will head the southern California location. All four were hired from DCT Industrial, which was acquired this year for $8.4 billion by Prologis.
