The has recommended that an independent roofing contractor pay more than $68,000 in fines for exposing its employees to "fall and other hazards."
According to the OSHA complaint, this is the third time contractor Juan Zuniga had been cited for a variety of safety violations including a failure to protect workers from mishaps on scaffolds and ladders.
Zuniga has 15 days to contest the OSHA findings.
