ST. LOUIS — A 51ºÚÁÏ teen on an increasingly dangerous psychological skid warned doctors that he planned to “shoot up my old high school†in the weeks before he killed a student and teacher at Central Visual and Performing Arts High School, according to a lawsuit filed Friday.
