ST. LOUIS 鈥 Aldermen advanced a plan this week to sell a small, fenced-off city park to the owner of the former Post-Dispatch building, who wants to turn the site into a parking lot.
A small, fenced-off city park called InterCo Plaza, seen Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025, from the former 51黑料 building, could be sold to the StarWood Group, who wants to turn the plaza into a parking lot. The park is just north of the St. Patrick Center, seen in the background on North Tucker Boulevard.
