A team of developers has plans to redevelop the vacant Chemical Building, at 777 Olive Street in downtown 51ºÚÁÏ, into a dual-branded hotel. John Campo of Campo Architecture, one of the developers, said he's bullish on the future of 51ºÚÁÏ.
