The city police chief is facing criticism from officers after a recent promotional video featured almost exclusively white, male officers.Â
Chesterfield has named Capt. Cheryl Funkhouser, a 28-year veteran of the department, as the city's second ever police chief. Funkhouser will succeed Chief Ray Johnson, who retires in January. Â
