COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri has a couple of flips on its recruiting radar.
With the start of the early signing period for football recruits opening on Wednesday, Mizzou began a critical week on the recruiting trail by adding two four-star prospects who'd been committed to other schools.
Running back Marquise Davis, a consensus four-star out of Cleveland, Ohio, swapped a Kentucky commitment for a MU commitment on Sunday night.Â
Listed at 5-11 and 200 pounds, Davis has a bigger build for a running back. He's rated as the No. 7 tailback in the 2025 recruiting class by both the On3 and ESPN recruiting services.
Monday morning dawned with the flip of wide receiver DaMarion Fowlkes, who'd been committed to Pittsburgh. Hailing from Olney, Maryland, Fowlkes is rated as a three- or four-star recruit depending on the service. 247Sports ranks him as the No. 23 wideout in the class.
