Can Mizzou become a villain against playoff hopeful Oklahoma?
COLUMBIA, Mo. — Anakin Skywalker to Darth Vader. Harvey Dent to Two Face. Macbeth, Walter White, Michael Corleone. Can the narrative arc of the Missouri Tigers take the same turn?
On Saturday against Mississippi State, No. 23 Mizzou (7-3, 3-3 Southeastern Conference) got to be the hero for the final time this regular season. The resilient protagonists rebounded from consecutive defeats to stave off struggling State and win their home finale to send their seniors off with rocks and good vibes.

Mizzou men get to 5-0 vs. Prairie View A&M — and get closer to injured players' returns
COLUMBIA, Mo. — Missouri men’s basketball rolled on through the lightweight portion of its nonconference schedule Monday with a 91-73 home victory against Prairie View A&M.
The Tigers did so without any problem, leading for more than 38 minutes and without the three players whose injuries have lingered unsolved through this 5-0 start to the season.

Worthy: Beau Pribula's return for Mizzou would be big part of the formula to beat Oklahoma
Missouri head football coach Eli Drinkwitz tried out a Jedi mind trick Saturday night, suggesting there was nothing to discuss regarding senior quarterback Beau Pribula. Just “speculation†to address next week.
QB Beau Pribula, who dislocated his ankle a few weeks ago, is on the field throwing. He’s been listed as doubtful, but his status for tonight will be cleared up shortly on the pregame injury report.

Hochman: Penn State? Auburn? With Mizzou coach Eli Drinkwitz, it’s Speculation Nation
With a new Fleetwood Mac book out, a recent Variety article dissected “Gen-Z’s Mysterious Infatuation With (the 1977 album) ‘Rumours.’†And over at The Contrarian, a headline proclaimed: “Why We’re All Obsessed with ‘Rumours.’â€
Well, take out the second “u,†and the headlines still work.
In today’s 10 AM “Ten Hochman†video, Ben Hochman discusses the surprising player who leads the Blues in assists. Plus, a happy birthday shoutout to Neil Young! And as always, Hochman picks a random Blues card out of the goalie mask!

COLUMBIA, Mo. — It’s a reality fortunate and unfortunate and promising and uncertain that on senior night, Missouri’s most impactful players weren’t seniors.
In thumping Mississippi State 49-27 and ensuring their seniors left with hard-won stones from the Rock M, the Tigers showed that they’ll finish out the final month of the regular season with hearty resolve.

Worthy: Mizzou needs Eli Drinkwitz to develop its OC, not take the blame for his miscues
Yes, it’s a bit early for a Christmas wish list. Then again, if you don’t make those wishes known early then maybe you don’t really want it that bad.
So let me declare now that one of the gifts I’d appreciate most is for Mizzou football coach Eliah Drinkwitz to have a larger impact on his team’s offense.
