"Leon's one of those guys who can pretty much play all over the place," East 51ºÚÁÏ head coach Darren Sunkett said.

"It allows you to get creative," Hawks coach Tony Woolfolk said of Hurst's abilities.

"It's a blessing for sure and I'm excited that my journey keeps going," Xavier Jackson said of his recruiting process.

"That guy across from you isn't going to stop, so you can't stop either," East 51ºÚÁÏ offensive tackle Terrell Berryville said.

"When you have that kind of a vertical threat, you'll be able to do a lot of things," East 51ºÚÁÏ coach Darren Sunkett said.

"He'll be making plenty of big plays," CBC senior quarterback Nick McClellan said of Jake Plummer.

"Not being out there took a toll on me mentally," SLUH running back Jordan Taylor said of his recovery from an ACL injury.

"He's just a great athlete," Maroons coach Ken Turner said. "And a special kid."

"I've had a lot of help from a lot of people," CBC quarterback and defensive back Nick McClellan said.

"That's really a guy who will set a lot of the parameters for your offense," MICDS head coach Matt Irvin said.

"He checks all the boxes in the toolbox that you need to check," Zumwalt West coach Ben Pike said.

"He has that intrinsic motivation that he pushes himself and keeps striving to be the best," Lancers coach Michael Harrison said.

"I just love everything about them," Ladue linebacker Mason Marden said about committing to Arizona State.

"He's a versatile athlete and a guy who I believe is going to be able to do so many different things," Kirkwood coach Jeremy Maclin said.

"There are days when there's just no stopping him," SLUH coach Adam Cruz said. 

"I knew right from the start that he was going to be a special, special defensive lineman," Spartans coach John Merritt said.
