
Ben is a 6-month-old French bulldog mix who came to HSMO’s Maryland Heights shelter earlier this month as an owner surrender. He has a playful personality and previously lived with little kids. He’s very loving and loves walks in the park and squeaky toys.

Tarzan is a 1-year-old pit bull terrier mix who came to the Humane Society of Missouri’s Macklind Avenue headquarters in March as an owner surrender. He previously lived with young children and was a little too boisterous for them, so HSMO is recommending he go to an active home with older children.

Nasim is a 25-year-old grade horse who came to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch in October from a neglectful situation. Under saddle, the trainers found that Nasim suffered from lameness when ridden and would do best as a pasture companion. She would thrive in a calm environment with other horses.
