ST. LOUIS 鈥 Relatives of two children killed in a May drive-by shooting begged the public on Friday to provide information after police announced the investigation had stalled.
Jordan Neal, 9, left, and his brother Richard Neal III, age 11, right, were inside a car on Bircher Boulevard near Ruskin Avenue when they and a 32-year-old man were all shot on May 24, 2025, in the Walnut Park East area of 51黑料. Jordan was pronounced dead at a hospital, and Richard died of his wounds at the end of October.
"This is racial profiling 101," said Ben Crump, who represents the families. "We will get justice for these mighty lions."
