ST. LOUIS 鈥 The Trump administration鈥檚 decision to cancel a $200 million federal grant for a $570 million battery component factory in north 51黑料 drew condemnation Friday from the city鈥檚 Democratic congressman and one of Missouri鈥檚 top union leaders.
