All-Metro girls soccer first team

G: Brynn Ori, sophomore, O'Fallon
Compiled a 23-1-1 record in helping the Panthers capture the Class 3A state championship. Posted 20 solo clean sheets including a six-save overtime blanking of Naperville North in the title match. Allowed just one goal over her final 11 contests. Stopped 21 of 22 shots over seven postseason contests.

D: Caroline Pingel, senior Cor Jesu
Named Class 4 and Girls Independent Schools League defensive player of the year after helping Chargers claim second successive state championship. Led a back line that shut out 14 opponents and allowed only three goals over final 14 games and 13 goals total during a 22-1 season.

D: Addison Keen, senior, Lafayette
Class 4 first-team all-state choice and Suburban Conference Yellow Pool defensive player of the year. Helped Lancers win district crown before losing to St Dominic in quarterfinals. Anchored a crew that surrendered just 20 goals and also scored seven goals. Will continue her career at the University of Wyoming.

D: Claire Graetz, junior, Clayton
Key cog in the Greyhounds run to their second Class 2 state championship in three seasons. Clayton defense gave up just 17 goals all season. Recorded a team-best 20 blocks. Selected as the Class 2 player of the year by the Missouri Soccer Coaches Association.

D: Addison Baldus, senior, O’Fallon
Four-year starter at center back helped Panthers win second Class 3A championship in three seasons. Illinois Soccer Coaches all-state selection. Anchored a defense that shut out 20 opponents during a 23-1-1 season and allowed only six goals, including just one in final 11 games. Signed with Michigan State.

M: Natalie Beck, junior, Father McGivney
Scored a school-record 30 goals for the Griffins, who won 24 of 26 matches, losing only to state champion Columbia. Had seven multi-goals to help Father McGivney reach first sectional title game. Has 66 career goals. First all-state selection in program history.

M: Riley Mathews, senior, Columbia
Pumped home 40 goals to help guide Eagles to Class 1A state crown, program’s first since 2019. Also added 18 assists. Scored three times in 8-0 win over Johnsburg in title contest. Had seven game-winning goals and was an all-state selection. Will continue her career at Indiana State University.

M: Kaylee Conoyer, senior, St. Dominic
Scored 10 goals for the Crusaders, who lost to Cor Jesu in Class 4 title match. Tallied key goal in 3-0 win over Lee's Summit West in state semifinal. Class 4 co-offensive player of the year by Missouri Soccer Coaches. Signed with Lindenwood University.

F: Maggie Drozda, junior, St. Joseph's
Tallied in overtime off a free kick to give Angels a 2-1 win over Fort Zumwalt South in Class 3 state title. Had 12 goals and a team-best 18 assists including five multi-assist contests. Recorded a point in 17 of the Angels’ 23 games. Verbally committed to the University of Nebraska.

F: Roz Doherty, sophomore, Cor Jesu
Served as perfect complement to All-Metro player of the year Maddie DiMaria with 20 goals and 12 assists. Scored in final four wins over Nixa and St. Dominic and had lone marker in 1-0 win over Ursuline in Class 4 quarterfinal.

F: Caroline Chier, senior, St. Joseph's
Bound for 51ºÚÁÏ University, she led team with 17 goals and added 14 assists as Angels won first state championship since 2014. Topped team with six game-winning tallies. Missouri Soccer Coaches Class 3 player of the year and Girls Independent Schools League offensive player of the year.
All-Metro girls soccer second team
G: Isabelle Hochmuth, senior, Cor Jesu
Went 21-0 with 14 shutouts (12 solo) for Class 4 state champions. Gave up just 12 goals in 1,631 minutes. Missouri Soccer Coaches Class 4 goalkeeper of the year.
D: Allison Wickenhauser, senior, Francis Howell Central
A three-year starter at center back, helped Spartans win inaugural GAC Cup title, reach district final and go 13-6-2 in season that included win over Class 4 state finalist St. Dominic. Named GAC South’s player of the year.
D: Allison Wiese, sophomore, Fort Zumwalt South
Anchored a defense that surrendered just 23 goals in 25 contests on way to Class 3 state runner-up finish. Handed out 12 assists. Missouri Soccer Coaches Class 3 defensive player of the year.
D: Charlotte Wilson, sophomore, Ladue
Main cog in stop unit that allowed just four goals in eight Suburban Conference Red Pool matches. Named league’s co-defensive player of the year.
D: Ella Hunter, senior, Ursuline
Backbone of a defense that gave up just 21 goals on way to Class 4 state quarterfinal appearance. First-team all-state selection.
M: Molly Moisis, senior, Ursuline
Bound for the University of Indiana, she led the Bears with a team-best 11 goals and 27 points during Class 4 quarterfinal season.
M: Grace Bower, sophomore, Clayton
Scored a team-best 12 goals, with four game-winners, to help the Greyhounds to second Class 2 state championship in three seasons.
M: Izzy Dalke, junior, Althoff
Scored 27 goals in helping Crusaders to sectional semifinals. Named to U.S. Under 17 team roster in March but didn’t play because of injury. Verbally committed to Clemson.
F-M: Claire Nieroda, senior, O'Fallon
Led Panthers to second 3A state title in three seasons with a team-best 73 points on 23 goals and 27 assists. Scored twice in super-sectional and state semifinal wins. Heading to SIU Edwardsville.
F: Brielle Gilbert, sophomore, Fort Zumwalt South
Scored a team-best 22 goals for state runner-up Bulldogs, including two in quarterfinal victory and three in state semifinal win. Named Class 3 offensive player of the year by Missouri Soccer Coaches.
F: Allie Tredway, senior, O'FallonÂ
Top goal scorer for Panthers with 25. Scored game-winning goals in semifinals and title game as O’Fallon won second Class 3A title in three seasons. Will continue career at Marian University in Indianapolis.
All-Metro girls soccer third team
G: Ella Moersch, junior, St. Joseph’s
Posted an 18-3-2 record and allowed only 18 goals in 1,635 minutes while helping Angels win state title. Named Class 3 goalkeeper of the year by Missouri Soccer Coaches. Committed to Iowa State University.
D: Anna Zichella, senior, Parkway West
Suburban Conference Red Pool’s player of the year after helping Longhorns to unbeaten run through league and 16-win campaign. Signed with SIU Edwardsville.
D: Maria Domain, junior, SummitÂ
Key cog for back line on team that shared Suburban Conference Yellow Pool title and reached district final. Class 3 Region 1 co-defensive player of the year.
D: Jasira Gates, senior, John Burroughs
Metro League’s defensive player of the year. Helped Bombers to league title and also provided 18 points (5 goals, 8 assists). Signed with University of Missouri.
D: Reece Windsor, junior, Triad
Anchored Knights back line on way to Mississippi Valley Conference title and Class 2A super-sectional appearance. Illinois Soccer Coaches all-state honoree.
M: Ayrissa Robinson, sophomore, Ladue
Scored 11 goals, including five-game winners, for Rams who won 19 of 23 matches before falling in district final. Suburban Conference Red Pool offensive player of the year.
M: Brooke Williams, senior, Orchard Farm
Defensive player of the year both in Class 2 by Missouri Soccer Coaches and on GAC North team. Also scored eight goals and eight assists to help Eagles win league title and reach state quarterfinals.
F: Ava Holman, senior, John Burroughs
Led the Bombers with 27 goals, including seven game-winners, and also dished out 10 assists. Metro League’s offensive player of the year. Will continue career at Vassar College.
F: Gabby Tucker, senior, Timberland
Scored seven times with four game-deciding tallies and had three assists to help Wolves post 17-4 record before falling in district semifinals. Signed with Maryville University.
F: Reese Woelfel, senior, ColumbiaÂ
Had 27 goals and 15 assists to help Eagles survive incredibly tough sectional before winning Class 1A state title. Headed to Eastern Illinois University.
F: Peyton Souter, sophomore, St. Dominic
Scored team-leading 26 points on 10 goals and six assists to help Crusaders reach Class 4 state final. Score game winner in quarterfinal, had two goals in win over St. Joseph’s.
