John Rallo, the businessman at the center of former 51黑料 County Executive Steve Stenger鈥檚 corruption scandal, told a judge he has tested positive for the coronavirus and his former bunk mate at the federal prison in Marion died after contracting COVID-19.
The aldermanic president cites 鈥榮everal troubling incidents and investigations鈥 surrounding the Partnership's leadership, an apparent reference to the recent indictment of County Executive Steve Stenger.
The Sinquefields cut a $100,000 check, and a group tied to them contributed $875,000 more.
