ST. LOUIS — The businessman at the center of former 51ºÚÁÏ County Executive Steve Stenger’s pay-to-play indictment was sentenced in federal court on Thursday to 17 months in prison, plus two years probation.
The Sinquefields cut a $100,000 check, and a group tied to them contributed $875,000 more.
